Climping 15-16 August 2015.

Saturday 15th August 2015

Very calm morning cover all of the patch, very good numbers of birds moving totals.

Pied Flycatcher.

Pied Flycatcher-2 (Patch Tick) 1 Long Wood, 1 Ballifscourt.

Got a phone call of Harry Ramm, saying that he had just found a Long-Eared Owl in the horse paddock is raced down there as this was only the second ever patch record.

There was a big clear out of migrants today with numbers being smaller than yesterday.

Whinchat.
Popped back down the Climping in the evening just to the Horse Paddocks were we had 5 Whinchats.
