I AM BACK DUN DUN DUNNNNNN

Grey Phalarope
So i have made it my new years resolution to update this blog at least once a week to keep you guys up to date with what i am doing, so enjoy.

On the 6th of January me and Dad Grey Phalarope, after we parked the car up we had to walk through a kid play area with all our gear  ( We must had look liked right Weirdos) but as soon as we arrived at the pool the bird was just there feeding in front of everyone such a stunner, this is closet i have ever got to one before.

headed over to Hove Lagoon for this real showy

Purple Sandpiper
From here we headed to shoreham Fort for Purple Sandpiper, when we arrived it was blowing a gale the waves were crashing over the harbor it was a spectacular sight, after a few minutes scanning the old jetty we picked out a flock of six Purple Sandpiper with Turnstone they were a tad distance but still it was really nice to see them, we then had our final stop just before dark at Widewater were we had 8 Red-brested Merganser showing nicely.

From Here we headed home so till next time
